 Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers

On June 8, 2023, Hosun Euh provided notice of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Bellevue Life Sciences Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) effective June 21, 2023. Mr. Euh’s resignation was for personal reasons and does not stem from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
