Baidu to Report 2021 Second Quarter and Interim Financial Results on August 12, 2021

(Nasdaq: BIDU and HKEX: 9888), a leading AI company with strong Internet foundation, today announced that it will report its financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2021, before the U.S. market opens on August 12, 2021. Baidu's management will hold an earnings conference call at 8:00 AM on August 12, 2021, U.S. Eastern Time (8:00 PM on August 12, 2021, Beijing Time).
