President and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel Bernstein along with other senior executives, board members and guest honorees of Bel will be on-hand to ring the ceremonial closing bell, in celebration of 35 years of the company’s listing as BELF, and 20 years as BELFA and BELFB, upon the dual listing that occurred on July 10, 1998.
“We are honored to be ringing the Nasdaq Closing Bell to celebrate our initial listing and follow-on dual listings with the Nasdaq Stock Market,” said Mr. Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of Bel. “Being listed on Nasdaq has increased our visibility and liquidity for investors and helped position us to create long-term shareholder value.”
