Balchem Corporation Announces Dividend

Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ: BCPC) today announced that on December 17, 2019, its Board of Directors declared a dividend on its shares of common stock equal to $0.52 per share, payable on January 17, 2020 to holders of record on December 30, 2019. This dividend reflects a 10.6% increase over the prior year cash dividend.
