Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of 1895 Bancorp of Wisconsin, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 31, 2024.  The final results of the vote on each matter submitted to a vote of stockholders are as follows:
