      Donovan will join the bcgi management team as the new General 
      Counsel.
    
    
      Mr. Donovan brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate 
      governance and finance, securities law and regulatory affairs, and 
      intellectual property protection and marketing. Mr. Donovan had a 
      long-term successful career as corporate counsel to the NEC companies in 
      the United States and, as their senior vice president and general 
      counsel, led a team that provided legal advice and strategy to 
      businesses specializing in design, development, manufacturing and 
      service of technology and communication devices. More recently, as the 
      principal of Executive Legal Solutions, he continued to provide 
      management consulting to other in-house law departments and legal advice 
      to technology business clients. Mr. Donovan holds a BA and JD from St. 
      John’s University.
