Southern California Bancorp (“us,” “we,” “our,” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: BCAL), announced today that its Registration Statement on Form 10 has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and that its common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market effective at the opening of trading on May 11, 2023, under the symbol “BCAL.”
