Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On November 9, 2017, Barrett Business Services, Inc., announced that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on December 8, 2017, to all stockholders of record as of November 24, 2017.
