Banner Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.41 Per Share, Schedules 3Q19 Conference Call and Webcast

Banner Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share. The dividend will be payable October 18, 2019, to common shareholders of record on October 9, 2019. 

Additionally, Banner will report its third quarter 2019 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
