On October 30, 2021, Sandra Brooks, M.D., M.B.A., a director of Aspira Women’s Health Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company’s board of directors.  Her decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
