Avnet’s Board has also scheduled the Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Friday, November 22, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Phoenix, Arizona time. The record date for determining the common shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the close of business on September 23.
