This Form 4/A is being filed to provide information regarding the nature of the securities acquired. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the 2020 Incentive Award Plan. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock of the Issuer. The RSUs vest in four equal installments of 25% on each of March 8, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment on each applicable vesting date.
