Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 11, 2020, executives of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. ("ATSG"), will be giving a presentation and participating in one-on-one meetings with investors at the Stifel 2020 Transportation and Logistic Conference being held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel in Florida. During the presentation and one-on-one meetings, the executives will discuss ATSG's business model, strategy and recent developments, utilizing the written presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

The presentation is scheduled for 8:10 a.m. Eastern time. ATSG will offer a live audio webcast of the presentation, with associated slides, via a link on its website,www.atsginc.com. A replay of the presentation will be available via a link on its website for 10 days.
