Item 2.02.      Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April  2 5 , 201 9 ,   AtriCure, Inc.   issued a press release regarding its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 201 9 .   The Company will hold a conference call on April  2 5 , 201 9 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
