ATN Board Increases Quarterly Dividend

Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATNI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, payable on October 9, 2015, on all common shares outstanding to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2015.

This is the seventeenth consecutive annual increase in the Company's dividend and represents an increase of three cents, or approximately 10%, over the dividend paid in the previous quarter.
