On February 6, 2023, Aterian, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the elimination of the Chief Operating Officer position and resulting termination of Anton von Rueden effective February 3, 2023, as well as certain other management changes. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
