Alphatec Spine Announces Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Financial Results

Alphatec Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:ATEC), the parent company of Alphatec Spine, Inc., a leading medical technology company involved in the design, development, manufacturing and marketing of products for the surgical treatment of spine disorders, with a focus on treating conditions affecting the aging spine, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results at approximately 1:05 p.m. Pacific Time (4:05 p.m. Eastern Time) on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
