Ascent Solar Technologies, (Nasdaq: ASTI) (“Ascent” or the “Company”), the leading U.S. innovator in the design and manufacture of featherweight, flexible, and durable CIGS thin-film photovoltaic (PV) solutions, today provided a corporate update on the Securities Purchase Contract with an institutional investor previously disclosed on December 19, 2022.

The Company paid the remaining institutional investor’s notes payable and related liabilities today. No further obligations exist under the December 19, 2022, Securities Purchase Contract.
