On October 2, 2017, Astec Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing it had initiated significant design upgrades to its customers' Georgia and Arkansas wood pellet plants to meet full production rates.  A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-k and is incorporated herein by reference.
