Assembly Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASMB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing innovative therapeutics targeting hepatitis B virus (HBV) and diseases associated with the microbiome, today announced that Richard Colonno, PhD, Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer Virology, will present a Plenary Lecture, “Eliminating Residual HBV Replication – A Critical Gateway to Cure” at the HEP DART Meeting on Tuesday, Dec 10, 2019 at 5:30pm HST in Kauai, HI. The presentation will include an in-depth review of interim long-term data from the ongoing Phase 2 study of ABI-H0731, Assembly’s lead core inhibitor, for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis B infection, which were reported at AASLD 2019 last month.
