The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: APOG) announced it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on November 8, 2017 to shareholders of record on October 24, 2017. The company has approximately 28.6 million shares outstanding.
