The Andersons, Inc. Increases Cash Dividend for the First Quarter

MAUMEE, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (NasdaqGS: ANDE) today announced a first quarter 2015 cash dividend of 14 cents ($0.14) per share payable January 23, 2015, to shareholders of record on January 2, 2015.

This is The Andersons' 73rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend since its listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. There are approximately 28.9 million common shares outstanding.
