Alvarion® Ltd. (in receivership and interim liquidation) ("Alvarion" or the "Company") (OTCQB:ALVRQ) announced today that on March 11, 2014, the District Court of Tel Aviv – Yaffo approved the Company's proposed creditors plan of settlement.
