Other Events.

 

On May 12, 2016, Alico, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share on its outstanding common stock to be paid to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2016, with payment expected on July 15, 2016. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
