(1)	On February 13, 2023 (the " Grant Date"), the Reporting Person was granted stock options to purchase 75,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock. These options vest in 36 equal monthly installments commencing on the Grant Date. This transaction is late due to an inadvertent administrative error and not any error of the Reporting Person.
