ACM Research Awarded Major Orders Totaling $8.7 million

ACM Research, Inc. (“ACM Research” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:ACMR), a provider of single-wafer wet cleaning equipment used by manufacturers of advanced semiconductors, today announced the receipt of multiple orders for wafer-cleaning tools based on ACM’s proprietary Space Alternated Phase Shift (SAPS) technology.

The orders represent approximately $8.7 million in total revenue from three existing customers.  The Company intends to ship all of the ordered tools by the third quarter of 2018, and anticipates acceptance and revenue recognition in 2018. The customers are located in China and Korea, and they manufacture 3D NAND and DRAM memory chips as well as advanced packaging.
