The Russian ruble plunged to 32.8940 against the US dollar at 3:35 am ET Wednesday. This set the lowest point for the ruble since July 13. The next downside target Russian currency is seen around 33.12. The dollar-ruble pair closed yesterday's deals at 32.2580.
