The Swiss franc strengthened against the other major currencies in the early European session on Monday.
The Swiss franc rose to more than a 2-week high of 1.0827 against the euro, from an early low of 1.0846.
The Swiss franc advanced to 107.72 against the yen, from an early low of 107.28. This may be compared to an early 4-day high of 107.90.
Against the U.S. dollar and the pound, the franc edged up to 0.9863 and 1.2957 from early lows of 0.9895 and 1.3003, respectively.
If the franc extends its uptrend, it is likely to find resistance around 1.06 against the euro, 112.00 against the yen, 0.95 against the greenback and 1.24 against the pound.
