Vivendi Owns 26.7% of Lagardère

Vivendi (Paris:VIV) announced today that it has crossed the 25% threshold in Lagardère SCA's share capital and 20% of its voting rights. As of September 30, 2020, the Group owns 26.7% of the company's share capital and 20.2% of its voting rights.
