PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le constructeur de véhicules de loisirs Trigano a annoncé mardi avoir finalisé les acquisitions de trois distributeurs de camping-cars en France: Abalain, Alonso et Thouard.
"Ces sociétés, toutes bénéficiaires, emploient ensemble une centaine de personnes", a indiqué Trigano dans un communiqué.
Ces acquisitions seront intégrées à compter du 1er septembre 2023 et devraient contribuer au chiffre d'affaires consolidé de Trigano pour environ 50 millions d'euros, a ajouté le groupe.
Les détails financiers de ces opérations n'ont pas été communiqués.
