PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le constructeur de véhicules de loisirs Trigano a annoncé mardi être entré en négociations exclusives pour acquérir le distributeur de campings-cars Abalain.
Compte tenu du niveau des ventes de Trigano au groupe Abalain, "l'apport de chiffre d'affaires consolidé résultant de cette acquisition serait d'un peu plus de 25 millions d'euros", a indiqué Trigano dans un communiqué.
Présent en Bretagne, le groupe Abalain emploie une cinquantaine de personnes et a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 30 millions d'euros lors de l'exercice clos fin août 2022.
"L'intégration du groupe Abalain permettrait de compléter le maillage territorial du réseau Libertium qui comporte déjà 50 points de vente en France", a indiqué Trigano.
