BARCELONE (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le contrôle du distributeur Casino pourrait échapper à son PDG et actionnaire majoritaire, Jean-Charles Naouri, estime Clément Genelot, analyste chez Bryan, Garnier & Co., après l'annonce d'une proposition d'augmentation de capital de 1,1 milliard d'euros de l'homme d'affaires tchèque Daniel Kretinsky. "Il est difficile de savoir si Daniel Kretinsky a déclaré la guerre à Jean-Charles Naouri ou s'il est devenu son chevalier blanc", souligne l'analyste. Le rapprochement envisagé avec Teract, qui pourrait rapporter 500 millions d'euros à Casino, semble toujours en bonne voie, souligne-t-il. Selon Clément Genelot, "une enveloppe de 1,5 milliard à 2 milliards d'euros serait plus appropriée pour les dépenses opérationnelles et d'investissement" du groupe. L'action Casino gagne 2,5%, à 6,64 euros.
