Telemetrix announces that share options granted under the Telemetrix 1984
Executive Share Option Scheme to Mr T M Curtis and Mr B D Rattray, directors,
have now lapsed. The share options were granted on 23 March 1993 and the final
day of exercise was 22 March 2003. The share options were not exercised during
the 10-year period permitted under the rules of the Telemetrix 1984 Executive
Share Option Scheme.
