Projet d'acquisition du groupe Valfit
La société Sferaco, filiale de Thermador Groupe, est entrée en négociation exclusive avec Messieurs Bitsch et Gueli pour l'acquisition de la totalité des actions du groupe Valfit basée à Bussy Saint-Georges, en souhaitant conclure cette opération au plus tard fin janvier 2018.
Le groupe Valfit vend aux grossistes spécialisés une gamme ciblée de raccords, compteurs et robinetterie qui complèterait parfaitement l'offre de Sferaco pour le bâtiment et l'industrie.
Le groupe Valfit a réalisé en 2016 un chiffre d'affaires de 5,9M€. L'EBITDA a été établi à 0,5M€ et le résultat net à 0,4M€. Sa trésorerie nette au 31 décembre 2016 s'élevait à 1,2M€.
