Aveva Group PLC said on Friday that it has reached an agreement with Schneider Electric for an increased and final recommended cash takeover offer for Aveva's shares.
The U.K. engineering and industrial-software company said the final offer values its total share capital at around 9.8 billion pounds ($11.55 billion) on a fully diluted basis, implying an enterprise value of GBP10.57 billion.
The company said shareholders will have the right to consider the offer at the general meeting in Nov. 25.
