PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La Commission européenne a annoncé mercredi avoir autorisé l'acquisition de la société de services informatiques néerlandaise Ordina par Sopra Steria.
"La Commission a conclu que la concentration envisagée ne soulèverait pas de problème de concurrence, compte tenu des chevauchements d'activités et des parts de marché limités des entreprises", a-t-elle indiqué dans un communiqué.
La transaction a été examinée dans le cadre de la procédure simplifiée du contrôle des concentrations.
En mars dernier, Sopra Steria avait annoncé avoir conclu un protocole d'accord concernant le rachat d'Ordina pour un montant de 518 millions d'euros, en numéraire.
La transaction prendra la forme d'une offre publique d'achat (OPA) amicale sur 100% des actions Ordina au prix unitaire de 5,75 euros, dividende détaché.
