AGM statement - resolutions passed
The technology development and licensing company, Scipher plc, announces that
at its 2003 AGM, held yesterday, all resolutions were passed.
In addition, in line with his intention announced on 30 April 2003, Neil
Pearce, a Non-executive Director of Scipher for six years, has retired from the
Board.
