PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le fabricant de matériaux de construction Saint-Gobain a annoncé lundi avoir finalisé fin novembre la cession de la société Distribution Matériaux pour les Travaux Publics (DMTP) au groupe de solutions réseaux et canalisations Frans Bonhomme.
"La cession de cette activité, qui a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires de 250 millions d'euros pour un résultat d'exploitation de près de 3 millions d'euros en 2018, s'est effectuée sur la base d'une valeur d'entreprise de 70 millions d'euros", a indiqué Saint-Gobain dans un communiqué.
DMTP est plus connue sous sa marque de distribution Point.P qui comprend, selon son site internet, 851 points de vente répartis sur toute la France.
