PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le producteur de matériaux de construction Saint-Gobain a annoncé vendredi avoir bouclé la cession de son activité de transformation de verre Glassolutions en Slovaquie à la société Glasora. Les termes financiers de l'opération n'ont pas été communiqués.
"L'activité, qui opère une usine à Nitra-Chrenova, a généré un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 20 millions d'euros en 2022 et emploie 150 collaborateurs", a indiqué Saint-Gobain dans un communiqué.
"Cette opération s'inscrit dans la poursuite de la stratégie d'optimisation du profil du groupe, en ligne avec les objectifs du plan 'Grow & Impact'", a ajouté Saint-Gobain.
