PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le producteur de matériaux de construction Saint-Gobain a annoncé mardi avoir conclu un accord définitif pour acquérir Adfil NV, une société spécialisée dans les fibres de renfort pour béton.
Le montant de la transaction n'a pas été communiqué. Adfil exploite deux usines en Belgique et a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires proche de 40 millions d'euros en 2022, a indiqué Saint-Gobain dans un communiqué. Adfil emploie environ 70 personnes et dispose d'une présence commerciale dans plus de 60 pays.
La réalisation de la transaction est soumise aux autorisations usuelles et devrait intervenir d'ici à la fin de l'année 2023, a précisé Saint-Gobain.
