PARIS--French construction material maker Saint-Gobain SA (SGO.FR) said Tuesday that it bought Pietta Glass Working, a Romanian housing insulation maker, as part of its strategy to develop the production of high value-added materials.
Saint-Gobain didn't say how much it paid for the company, which expects to report sales of 20 million euros ($21 million) for 2016.
