Saint-Gobain develops its wood fiber insulation business

Saint-Gobain has acquired Buitex, a company specializing in the manufacture of wood fiber insulation products for French and continental European markets under the brand Isonat(R), which has become the company's new name.

This acquisition will allow Saint-Gobain to expand its range of multi-material insulation solutions while enabling ISONAT to benefit from industrial, R&D and commercial synergies with the Group.

This acquisition is consistent with the Group's strategy of developing on fast-growing niche markets with innovative habitat solutions.
