Leisure-travel group Jet2 ordered enough engines to power up to 71 Airbus A320neo and A321neo aircraft from CFM International, a joint venture of GE Aerospace and Safran Aircraft Engines.
CFM International said Monday that the deal for LEAP-1A engines includes spare engines as well as a long-term services support agreement, with deliveries set to begin in 2028.
