(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor Plus) - Milano, 16 nov - La notizia che Michel-Alain Proch, CFO di Publicis Groupe, lascerà l'azienda a febbraio è un po' deludente, visto l'impatto positivo che ha avuto nel suo breve mandato, ma la sua sostituzione rappresenta un segnale di continuità, scrivono gli analisti di Citi, Thomas Singlehurst e Praveen Shetty, in una nota.
Publicis ha nominato Loris Nold nuovo direttore finanziario.
Nold è un veterano ventennale del gruppo pubblicitario francese e attualmente dirige le sue attività in Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa, osserva Citi.
"Anche se c'è sempre la sensazione che un cambio di gestione sia dirompente, pensiamo che questa sia l'evoluzione più naturale possibile e non riteniamo che avrà implicazioni significative a lungo termine per gli azionisti", afferma Citi. Le azioni scendono dell'1,8%. (adria.calatayud@dowjones.com)
