Prestbury Holdings Plc ("the Company") announces that on 12th August 2003 it
received application to allot 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company
in respect of the exercise of options under the Terms of Engagement for
Christows Limited to act as stockbroker to Prestbury Holdings plc. This is
detailed in the Bible of Documents compiled for the Placing and Admission to the
Alternative Investment Market. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with
the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.



Application was made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be
admitted to AIM and dealings commenced on 12th August 2003.
