          Prestbury Holdings plc announces agreement with Financial 
                     Services Advice and Support Limited


Prestbury Holdings plc, is pleased to announce its largest ever partnership
agreement with the Scottish based IFA network, FSAS (Financial Services Advice
and Support Limited). The deal, signed on 4 August 2003, coincides with the next
stage of development of the Company's, Solution Network trading platform
(www.solutionnetwork.co.uk), and will bring Prestbury's low risk distribution
model a further 120 new members, as the business offers intermediaries access to
an independent panel of Non Investment Related Financial Products such as Term
Life Assurance, Critical Illness Cover, Private Medical Insurance and other
General Insurance offerings.
