Agreement with Peoples Choice (Europe) Ltd





Prestbury Holdings PLC ("Prestbury") announces that today it signed an agreement
with Brit Insurance Holdings subsidiary, Peoples Choice (Europe) Ltd ("Peoples
Choice") under which Prestbury will provide Life Assurance, Mortgages and
Personal Loans under the Peoples Choice's brand.  The new agreement marks the
first move by the Peoples Choice brand into the Personal Financial Services
market place.



Peoples Choice is a 24-hour telephone and Internet company, offering products
direct to the public across the UK. The company started operating in December
1998, selling motor and home insurance, and is now established as one of the
fastest growing insurance operations in the UK with call centres in both
Manchester and Leicester. Peoples Choice currently provides motor, household,
breakdown, travel and pet insurance products. Peoples Choice is another new
division of the company following their launch of Brokers Choice, which is an
outsourced service for the handling of personal lines insurance products



Commenting, Lee Birkett, Chief Executive of Prestbury Holdings PLC, said:

of ordinary shares raising #1.0 million of new money for the Company.  The
