DISCLOSURE OF SHARE BUYBACK
From May 14^th to May 18^th  2018

The Board of Directors has decided on April 17^th 2018, under the authorisation voted by the Annual General Meeting of 20 April 2017, to set up a share buyback programme amounting to a maximum of 500 million euros during the second quarter of 2018. All the shares bought back will be cancelled (1).
