Le spécialiste belge des technologies sans fil Option NV (OPTI.BT) a annoncé lundi qu'il procéderait à une augmentation de capital de 20 millions d'euros début décembre.
La période de souscription débutera le ou autour du 7 décembre, a précisé le groupe dans un communiqué.
Le fondateur et président d'Option, Jan Callewaert, qui détient 17,34% du capital, a déclaré qu'il participerait pleinement à la transaction, qui vise entre autres à soutenir la réorganisation des activités du groupe, dont le coût est estimé à 7 millions d'euros.
