Change of Nyrstar’s scheduled date for the publication of the Half Year Results 2019

Nyrstar NV ("Nyrstar" or the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) today announces that, related to the implementation steps for the successful restructuring of the Group and the ongoing work with its auditor to deliver an audit opinion for the financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, the publication of the Half Year Results 2019 is being rescheduled to Monday 30 September 2019.
